Van Starling, Sr. moved from building and remodeling houses and started Consolidated Roofing Systems on April 1.
1985
With continued growth in roofing and many requests to do additional remodeling on roofing projects, Consolidated Roofing Systems brought in a Building Partner.
1987
With the growth in the roofing market, we decided to split Consolidated Roofing Systems into 3 separate companies- General Remodeling, Insulation, and Residential Reroofing.
1993
As the reroofing side of the business grew, Consolidated Roofing Systems dropped all areas of construction and focused 100% on reroofing.
1997
As our roofing market continued to grow, we joined Manufacturing Roofers Advisory Council for Certainteed, Qualified, and became Master Elite Contractor with GAF in NC, and continued as a preferred contractor with Owens Corning.
2005
Became the #1 Shingle user in reroofing in Eastern NC, well establishing our position in the market.
2010
With constant growth, Consolidated Roofing Systems moved from our long time offices in Raleigh to Cary, NC.
2018
With an explosion of growth, we again were forced to move into our current building, a bigger location.
2020
As production grew, we knew that to maintain Consolidated Roofing's standard of excellence, we promoted Billy McLamb as our first Project Manager, who now oversees all project managers and production crews.
2022
Jennifer Dewees was brought in as an Assistant to the President. Consolidated Roofing Systems passed over 3 million dollars in sales. New good talent joining our sales team guarantees a bright future.
2023
Consolidated Roofing Systems moved into our new office spaces with 50% more room for expansion. Production expanded to exceed $4 million in sales.
